Brighty One Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Free Brighty One Plan:

• 1.1 Every user is automatically enrolled in the free Brighty One plan by default.
• 1.2 The free plan provides basic features and services at no cost to the user.

2. Paid Subscription Plans:

• 2.1 Users have the option to subscribe to either the Brighty Plus or Brighty Pro paid plans.
• 2.2 Subscription fees for Brighty Plus or Brighty Pro plans are outlined in the Brighty application.

3. Subscription Changes:

• 3.1 Users can change their subscription from the free plan to either Brighty Plus or Brighty Pro at any time.
• 3.2 If a user changes from one paid plan to another paid plan, there is no refund for the previous plan.
• 3.3 The new plan subscription fee is debited instantly, and the new plan is activated.

4. Refund Policy:

• 4.1 There is no refund for the subscription fee paid for the previous plan when a user switches from one paid plan to another paid plan.
• 4.2 If a user switches from a paid plan to the free Brighty One plan, there is no refund for the remaining subscription period of the paid plan.
• 4.3 The current paid plan will continue to provide services and features until the end of the paid subscription period.

5. Payment Authorization:

• 5.1 By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Brighty One to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method.

6. Cancellation:

• 6.1 Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the Brighty One platform.
• 6.2 Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.

7. Changes to Terms:

• 7.1 Brighty One reserves the unilateral right to amend these Terms at its sole discretion. Any modifications to the Terms become immediately efficacious upon publication on the Brighty One website.

8. Contact Information:

• 8.1 By subscribing to Brighty One's Plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
