Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Referral Rewards:

1. Participants may earn rewards ("Referral Rewards") by referring new users to Brighty App.
2. Referral Rewards will be issued in accordance with the terms outlined in the Program.

Referral Process:

1. Initial Reward: Receive 25 USDT upon meeting the activation conditions.
2. Activation Conditions:
   • Complete a minimum of three card purchases using your Brighty card linked to your Brighty crypto account.
   • Each transaction must be completed for at least 10 EUR equivalent in crypto.
3. Eligible Transactions:
   • Purchases should be regular consumer-related transactions such as buying meals, apparel, daily essentials, and more.
   • Transactions towards other financial services, like funding accounts in other digital banks, charity donations or high-risk payments to gambling platforms, do not qualify.
   • Our aim is to foster an active user community using Brighty for everyday transactions. We monitor for and address any system abuse attempts.
4. Automatic Payment: Rewards are automatically paid out once three qualifying purchases are confirmed. No extra steps are needed. If you haven't received your reward and suspect issues, check if your card is properly linked to the crypto account and confirm the nature of the transactions— they should not just be transfers or balance replenishments in other systems.

Rewards for Referrals

1. Payment Conditions: Automatically receive a payout for each referred user after they complete three qualifying purchases of at least 10 USDT each. (should be at least 10 EUR equivalent in crypto.)
2. Referral Cap:
   • You are limited to rewards for up to 12 active referred users.
   • You can invite more than 12 users, but payments to you are only issued for the first 12 active referrals.
   • This model is optimized for smaller community networks, such as friends, family, and colleagues, rather than large groups or influencers.

Referral Limits

1. The Company reserves the right to impose limits on the number of referrals a Participant may make.
2. Referral Rewards may be subject to caps or restrictions as determined by the Company.

Compliance

1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Program.
2. Fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using fake information, or engaging in deceptive practices, will result in disqualification from the Program and may lead to account termination.

Modification and Termination

We reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the referral program at any time without prior notice.

System Abuse Monitoring

We aim to foster an active user community using Brighty for everyday transactions. Any attempts at system abuse will be monitored and addressed accordingly. Misuse of the referral program may lead to the prompt termination of the associated account.
